It's a site to learn, share, and grow. To connect. To bring lessons from the garden, Bible, and various personal and professional experiences, for those who are, like me, curious about any and all things.

With topics about natural health and wellness tips, holistic gardening, recipes, leadership and business, science, history, etc., the Divine, and of course some cute kitty and bunny pictures.

FaithfulFocus-MBS is more than a publication.

Each letter I write reminds me to pause — to slow down long enough to listen.
To notice what is real and true.
To re-center my heart on what truly matters: faith, love, and living with intention.

Born from my heart and soul many moons ago, FaithfulFocus is a calling.
A calling that is birthed from many years of wanting.

Wanting to write.
Wanting to make a difference.
Wanting to connect.
To learn and grow. To share. To inspire. To help and heal...
It comes from so many wonderful inspirations, curiosities, ambitions, experiences, and more.

Life isn’t lived in fragments — it’s whole.
All of it matters, and all of it belongs.

FaithfulFocus became the home for that wholeness —
a space to explore what it means to live fully, faithfully, and intentionally.

It’s not about perfection or performance.
It’s about choosing presence over pressure.
Grace over grind.
Faith over fear.

And when I lose sight — because I still do —
I return to the Divine that lives within me.
To the stillness that started it all.
To the love that never left.

DearLovedOnes is an upcoming newsletter.

It started from the heart and mind of someone hoping to create hope, faith, love, healing, and connection. It's a desire to revitalize community, curiosity, exploration, creativity, reverence, and goodness.

To encourage hope, care, connection, and relationship to, for, and with ourselves, one another, the planet, and Adonai the God of Abraham.

This began as something simple — letters written from my heart.
Words I needed to say.
Not to any one person, but to everyone I’ve ever loved, lost, learned from, or become because of.

It became a way to reach beyond the noise, beyond the filters and perfection, and to speak honestly. To share the lessons that rise from faith, pain, joy, and the in-between.

Because we’re all still learning.
We’re all still becoming.
And sometimes, we just need a reminder that we are not alone in that process.

Dear Loved Ones isn’t about me teaching or preaching.
It’s about remembering — that we are seen, loved, capable of change, and called to live with faithful focus.
To grow — through what was.
To heal — in what is.
To hope — for what’s to come.

So I write these letters as one reminder, one conversation, one prayer at a time.
Because maybe, just maybe, the things we most need to hear… are the ones we were meant to say out loud.
