Faithful Focus Media is a faith-rooted, curiosity-driven space for learning, healing, and growing—spiritually, intellectually, and practically.

Currently featuring a married couple sharing nearly twenty years together with similar interests who share in vastly different ways.

Faithful Focus Media (FFM) is more than a name, a concept, or a business.

It is a mission, a movement, a practice, a purpose, a hope... To do what we can to help spread the Light and Love of God through sharing stories, information, and experiences in various formats.

We hope and pray to bring the written and spoken word to you in a way that feels exciting, accessible, interesting, even fun!

We strive to focus on providing insight, wisdom, laughter, and information by sharing our thoughts, inquires, research, and life-long learning through educational, trade, self-acquired knowledge, and various life experiences.

You can look forward to such topics from herbal wisdom, ancient practices and technology, holistic health and wellness, etc., to various sciences, economics, modern technology, philosophy, business & entrepreneurship, and so much more!

Why Faithful Focus Media? - Diving in Deeper

Media represent the many formats to practice and present Faithful Focus Media.

Focus is just that, whatever we choose to Focus our TIME and Attention on. Or rather also, what and how we place our INTention on or into in each moment. A concentration on any one given person, place, thing, etc., in any given moment.

Time is a precious resource. Our attention is what/how we spend that time on. How and what we give our time to. We choose how and what we spend our time on moment by moment. That time spent carries ripples.

Focus isn't just in relation to the topics we do or do not cover here on FFM. It is an emphasis about that with which each and every one of us focuses our thoughts, time, awareness, attitude, and actions on.

As a collective whole as much as individuals. As conscious beings in the world, not just here on this site. For oftentimes, what we focus on, we imitate, we emulate, we... become.

What we become, we pass on. Through our every interaction, a ripple grows.

Faithful is a way of life. It is devoted, reliable, loyal, heartfelt, etc., and responsive. Faithful is knowing, trusting, and believing. It shows up in everyday life through any and all moments. It is tested, tried, and true. It is a practice. A promise. A mindset. A way of existing, or can be.

Faithful is faith Filled.

Faithfulness is active even in stillness.

More than a name. More than just a business or a concept, Faithful Focus is a call. It is a way to live and be. To show up in, and interact WITH the world.

Faithful Focus is Intentionality. It is the direction of the voyage, and Media is a guide, map, book that helps record and share - dare I say lead...??? - the way.

At its heart, Faithful Focus Media exists to help share the Light and Love of God through stories, learning, curiosity, and lived experience. We explore ideas both ancient and modern, sacred and practical—always with the hope of nourishing the heart, mind, body, and soul.

We believe that what we focus on matters. That what we give our time, attention, and intention to shapes who we become—and what we pass on to others. Faithful Focus is an invitation to live deliberately, with faith-filled intention, in everyday moments.

Our Mission:

To help feed the heart, mind, body, and soul of anyone and everyone possible.

To share what we have learned in ways that help people learn and grow. Learn and grow in the many relationships that make up this life - with the self, others, Mother Earth and the One who made her - Adonai.

To share the light, love, and blessings of the Divine or Sacred.

Not to mention... FOOD!

We plan to create a YouTube and/or Podcast that invites you to be curious with us as we explore nearly any and every topic over the course of our lives.

We are in the midst of creating not only this website and other media sources, but also a product to help nourish gardens. Along with hearts, minds, souls, and bellies.

We hope to feed not only the body through our various endeavors - on this site and our developing homestead - but also, the spirit within anyone and everyone looking for help. Looking for... possibilities, community, hope, information...

Hello All,

I am a person in constant transition. As a curious person, I seek to continually learn, grow, try/apply, and become who I am meant to be.

In life, myself, my marriage, etc., and my relationship with the Creator.

Faithful Focus Media (FFM) is a living project and a living process. It is a sacred calling in how I, as well as my husband, aspire show up in the world. Hopeful it inspires others to do the same.

With over a decade of Holistic Practices ranging from massage therapy and energy work, to herbalism and health coaching, I hope to bring ancient wisdom into the busy modernized world we find ourselves.

Experiences in work, life, conventional, trade, and self education, along with managerial and entrepreneurship I hope to bring a wide array of topics to light with a curiosity that allows for me to continue to learn and grow alongside you.

As a person of Messianic Faith, God is a part in all that I am and all that I do. That includes incorporating Biblical, cultural, historical, and language study and as well as new practices, understanding, devotion into our life. Many interesting things to learn, practice, and share.

While also developing, growing, sharing, and learning from our little urban farm. A n aspiring regenerative, eco-conscious, holistic, etc., and sustainable minded homestead that is our slice of heaven here on earth.

Kindness comes easy to me. Boundaries are MUCH harder. Life has taught me, and still is teaching me, many things. Hence the never-ending transitioning. With that in mind, I have worked through my own various set of life-challenges, including discovering triggers, sitting with hurts and traumas, researching, praying, crying, healing and recovery.

If you are seeking encouragement, nourishment, ideas, or just some cute pictures, check out what we seek to create through this website. I hope you join us on this incredible journey to live a life filled by many moments of faithful focus.

Life is an adventure worthy of every step, and I pray to be 'media' that helps others find their way on the winding journey with a FaithfulFocus.

I invite each person to be a part of our journey through a building community here while also practicing our best out in the everyday world.

For those who do not care for my verbose or prolix style -aka long-windedness - my hubaliscious is oftentimes much more concise, direct, on point. He is fantastically funny, knowledgable, and ever-inspiring. I could write a book on the many wonders of this man, but instead I merely encourage you to check out his writing regardless of how you feel about mine.
